Sitting down, one-on-one, asking questions and receiving answers that generate more questions, building a rapport that allows a person to ask those delicate, emotional, gut wrenching questions that need to be asked. PCG One-on-One Consulting allows the family and defendant the private, personal time to talk about the defendant’s current circumstances and determine what can be done and the best way to proceed. Much can be accomplished in just a short time. The whole family can participate or just the defendant. PCG One-on-One Consulting allows time for the defendant to release all the stress and emotional buildup and start concentrating on what can and needs to be done. He must focus on what he can control and stop worrying about what he can’t control. There are many facets of incarceration that can be controlled and the defendant needs to focus on how to get those accomplished. He must focus on the things that are really important—getting home as soon as possible.
